![]() It was a nice 1 bedroom condo with a kitchen, bathroom, separate bedroom, gas fireplace, pullout sofa and balcony. We stayed in unit 319, which looks over the front (opposite of the village). There is also a candy store (a popular place for the kiddos), a pet store and a ski store. ![]() The 2nd is 5Forty Café, that has breakfast items, burgers and paninis/wraps. 1 is Powderhounds, which is a nice sit-down restaurant that specializes in German style foods, but has many other choices. If you want to lock your skis, bring your own lock (although I read some other reviews that said the property management company provided a lock, ours didn't.) The main floor has a few condos, but mostly businesses. They also have a ski locker room with a combo for guests to use. There is an outdoor hot tub that fits 10 people on the 1st floor. The building is 4 stories and does have an elevator, but it was out of order 2 of the 5 days we were there. clearance, so if you have a SUV with a cargo box, you might not make it in. There is an underground garage, but only 7 ft. Each unit has its own management company. (Sort of-you have to take your skis off to cross the road to get back to the condo.) There is no on-site registration/front desk. It is a pretty quiet location with ski in/ski out access. A couple more pillows would of been good but we made do with the couch pillows □ If you are going to Sunpeaks I recommend this place for sure!! …įireside lodge is located at the far end of the village from the lifts. It has a queen bed and a pull out sofa with extra blankets in the bench. There are washer and dryers on each floor by the elevator. Even salt and pepper, dishwasher soap, laundry soap. If you have it at home it’s problem here. Lots of plates, pots pans toaster, microwave. Tv, wifi The little kitchen is fully stocked right down to an apron lol. The person that owns this has thought of everything. The pilot was out on the fireplace and they sent someone right over. When we arrived the codes all worked and the place was super clean. This is privately owned condo that is rented out through Top of the Mountain. This year that was sold out so we found this place. We were here last year a lot and always stayed at The Grand. Myself, my husband and our 14yo daughter. Most of the bulbs are burned or not working.… It is a studio with one bed and a broken pull out sofa. It is definitely over price for what you get. This rental place needs to be renovated big time. There is so much dust under the furniture that I don’t even want to look under the bed. Crumb in the drawers, kitchen cabinets are falling apart. I found popcorn in the carpet, glass mirror doors have finger prints and streaks and same for the walls. The dishes are all broken, knives and forks are from the dollar store, the dishwasher is falling apart, barely any pots and pans to cook and has for the cleaning of the place well good luck. As for the unit 103 and I do t know about the other ones but this one is rated at 0 for me. It is an old hotel that was converted into condos. Building is well located in the village and it is ski-in/ski-out. Kids have put ketchup on the wall by the elevator door, it took 5 days to get cleaned. There is garbage in the garage that someone left there and it stayed there for more than 15 days. Floors are not cleaned regularly so is the elevator (controls/buttons). The building in general is maintained at a basic level. I am talking about 1 the building in general but also unit 103 where I stayed. The place is well located it is the only reason why I gave it a 2.
